We ship orders from our store in Southern Iowa. Many of our products are handmade or small-batch, so processing times can vary by item.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • During holidays, big restocks, or busy travel seasons, processing may take a little longer—but we’ll always do our best to get it out fast.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size/weight, and shipping method selected.

Carriers & Tracking

We ship using common carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Time (After It Ships)

Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and your location. Typical transit times are:

  • Standard shipping: Usually 2–7 business days

  • Expedited options: Available at checkout when applicable

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost to re-ship it.

Shipping Delays

Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delays can happen due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, or regional disruptions. If your tracking looks stuck, reach out—we’re happy to help you investigate.

Damaged Packages

We pack items carefully, especially fragile and handmade goods. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label

    We’ll work with you to make it right.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package:

  • Check with household members/neighbors and around your delivery area first.

  • Then contact us—we’ll help you next steps with the carrier.
