We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at amishstoreiowa@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A quick note on the reason for the return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee

For returns that are approved, we offer a return label for a $7.50 flat-rate return shipping fee.

This fee will be deducted from your refund (or arranged as needed when we send the label).

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to returns that are not due to our error (for example: buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, no longer needed, etc.).

The restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Email amishstoreiowa@gmail.com and include photos of:

  • The item

  • Any damage

  • Packaging and shipping label (if applicable)

If the issue is due to our error, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items / Final Sale

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items

  • Perishable goods (such as food)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (such as beauty/body products, if applicable)

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before sending anything back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note:

  • The $7.50 return shipping fee and 10% restocking fee (when applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refund processing can take up to 10 business days after approval, and your bank/credit card company may take additional time to post it.
