Headache Ease Tea
Bring comfort to a pounding head with peppermint and lavender (combination often used with essential oils) but also Willow Bark and Skullcap.
*Peppermint - relaxes the blood vessels to relieve headache
*Willow Bark - the predecessor of aspirin...nature's aspirin
* Lavender - calm the nerves and emotions
*Scullcap- a favorite remedy for headaches - anti-spasmodic and soothes the nervous system.
*Clove -thins blood and deadens pain
Consistent use will give optimal results
The leaves can be reused. I often use them 3 times though it is a bit lighter by the third time. But is great for making a large quantity for iced tea.
